IVAO Russian Federation and Kazakstan MCD welcomes everyone to the amazing event: Saint-Petersburg 12 hours PDE! On 28 July 12 hours starting from 0700z Pulkovo airport (ULLI) will be open for aircrafts from all over the world.

For you:
- 12 hours of continuous ATC service in Saint-Petersburg FIR;
- More than 250 sheduled flights plus free slots;
- Meeting of members of Russian Federation and Kazakhstan MCD, who will provide ATC service in Pulkovo;
- Live stream from the meeting and ATC room.
